This process didn't work out in my favor. I had read in a forum that Jeffries Law could assist with lemon law claims in Texas and they were quite effective. I submitted my information regarding a brand new vehicle that sat in the repair shop for over three months within the first 4 months of ownership and had my claim denied. The denial is not my issue with the services, it's the form letter communications and the confusion on behalf of the staff.
