The closing of my apartment was held at Zwick and Associates, and I had a very poor experience. The representative for Zwick and Associates (who doesn't appear to be an attorney on their site) on the seller side took loud, angry, unrelated phone calls while we werein the conference room with her for our closing. She also had the seller's real estate agent on speakerphone, cursing about us (the buyers) while we were sitting across from her.
