The woman in charge to answer the phone needs to be trained in hospitality and customer service. She was very rude and aggressive. Since when " What do you want?" is the welcoming greeting?. Protect your company. Be educated. There is no wrong way to perform an act of kindness. I still need to contact Ms. Carroll.
