Working with Mr. Orr and his staff was genuinely a pleasure, and I highly recommend his office. I drove all the way from Los Angeles because I knew he was the attorney I wanted. Mr. Orr was respectful, highly efficient, very personable, took time to explain anything I asked, and did a great job completing exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. He has a nice style too. Jeffrey and his team are great. A year-and-a-half ago we decided to update our trust documents and he and his team were so helpful and turned it around quickly and provided us the assurance that they will be there to update it when we need to make changes. Now we are working on legal documents (powers of attorney, wills) for my parents. While it might make more sense to do it in the San Diego area where they live, we felt better about using Jeffrey and his team again and they are currently drawing up documents.
Normally this should be 5 star because of the wonderful service Mr. Orr and his assistance, Ivan, provides. The primary concern is the difficulty in securing an appointment. You may have to leave several messages before you get to talk with someone.
Staff was on time, professional, yet friendly. Explained documents clearly and answered our questions.
