I worked with Jeff at CrossCounty on my mortgage after a family friend recommended him, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The rates he secured were far worse than what competitors were offering, and his communication was abysmal—completely unresponsive and nearly impossible to reach. Even after several follow-ups, he didn’t bother replying to my emails.
