Recently used Jeff's services. Was in a jam. Co signed for a friend on a lease to a place I never lived at. The lease finished. I gave 3 months warning I wasn't renewing. The lease went to a month to month that the landlord wouldn't remove me from. Ended up getting a wrongful eviction on my record because of it.
