I was criminally charged in Saint Cloud in Stearns County MN with fighting and brawling. I was in a hospital ER because of an epileptic seizure when hospital staff tried to restrain me. The police accused me of fighting because of my reaction to being restrained during the seizure. I had no idea what was going on because I was in a post-ictal state. I believe I was unfairly charged with domestic assault. Defense attorney Jeff Dean heard me out and got the domestic assault charge dismissed so no conviction went on my record. Not only did I get an excellent outcome but Jeff's fees are totally fair. Thank you for everything.
