Mr Toothaker dropped the ball with my daughter. He gave her false hope--telling her that her case would be dismissed---giving her terrible advice and letting it drag on for 2 years. He dismissed her as his client without telling her and then ignored her attempts to try to contact him. She is now 8 months pregnant and just found out from some appeals lawyer from Portland, that she never has heard of or had ever heard from before, that she has to serve 12 days in jail.
