this attorney was completely usless in defending me as a 4th dui case in 10yrs. The CHP police report stated I was doing 96 mph on the freeway which is a false statement. I religiously use my cruise control and was using it on the night I was arrested for a dui. I was held down by force by two officers to take my blood.
