Jeff worked with me pre and post rotator cuff surgery. My muscles around my shoulder were prepared for the procedure that helped speed my recovery. My post surgery recovery rehab went faster than planned. Jeff was skilled and knowledgeable about the entire anatomy of the shoulder and the impact to the rest of my body. He also goes by CSPT - Center for Sports PT & Training and is well respected in the medical community.
Jeff Carlson is an excellent PT. He has an MD’s knowledge of anatomy and got me back to 100% after ACL reconstruction; he’s also helped a family member achieve a complete recovery from shoulder surgery. He can answer any questions you could possibly think of. Early in his career Jeff spent a number of years in Vail and has particular ability with skiing/snowboarding injuries. That being said, if I hurt myself playing ping pong or soccer he would be the first person I would see, also.
