Mr Soilson is a nice guy and easy to speak with. I wish I could give a better review. I hired him as my GAL in a child custody case. Mr. Soilson had some pretty serious issues going on in his personal life and I feel terrible that he was dealing with it. However, I feel this hindered is ability to conduct a thorough investigation.
