Worst people to deal with. Extremely rude and arrogant. Spoke down to me like I was incompetent. Started yelling at me when I asked a question. Explained that I already paid excise tax on one of my vehicles that is garaged at my other home and he yelled at me and told me I was lying that he could see I didn't pay anything and that I was flagged as not paying on the RMV site.
