They are very helpful and nice here
If I could give 0 stars I would. Their website sucks, if you have bills from multiple years, it will not pull them up by your name. So in January 2024, when I paid a bill with them from 2023, I was unaware of a second bill with them from 2022. So here we are 10 months later and they keep tacking on fees and interest and if I had known about the 2nd bill, I would have paid it in January 2024. Did you know that they only mail out 2 bills EVER on any account that they have and apparently that is all that they are required to do... read more
TERRIBLE customer service. VERY rude people.
Paid got my confirmation but going back go confirm shows I still owe the same amount. Ok, I thought I'll call them, oops can't do that their phone is busy all day long...
They don’t take payments. Why do i have to go through another company to pay my bill. Absolutely ridiculous
