As other people have stated, I would give 0 stars if I could. It's all a big racket to collect exorbitant fees. They never send any bills out to say it's not been paid because they want to keep collecting the fees that pile up. They should be required to do that. It's no wonder they are not a Better Business Bureau accredited business. They're crooks. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their website sucks, if you have bills from multiple years, it will not pull them up by your name. So in January 2024, when I paid a bill with them from 2023, I was unaware of a second bill with them from 2022. So here we are 10 months later and they keep tacking on fees and interest and if I had known about the 2nd bill, I would have paid it in January 2024. Paid got my confirmation but going back go confirm shows I still owe the same amount. Ok, I thought I'll call them, oops can't do that their phone is busy all day long...
