Horrible bus line the drivers is unprofessional rude and always late making hard to get were you are going on time, this is really the worse
Since I have had to use Jefferson Parish bus service from the lost of my vehicle; it has been absolutely horrible specifically the W-3 Lapalco bus…. Every day I have gotten off work for 5:30 pm and each day relying on its transportation to and from work has been severed delays. I am standing at the bus stop 1 hour and a half trying to make it to the Willy terminal to connect with Orleans parish bus to make it safely home from work. My adult son and I got abused on an inbound Jefferson Parish bus last Friday night. I'm past 65 years old with CFS, dizziness issue, and mental health issues. So I must have the help of a wheelchair that my very helpful son pushes me around in since I can't walk far with out much fatigue and dizziness. A Black guy with dreadlocks was annoyed that my folded up, manual wheelchair was taking up space and so picked on us. He attitude was very bad and hostile.
