I've been here for years If I have a issue it's literally solved right then. Wish they give a long-term customer a loan. I have iffy credit but my check is posted there every month and has been for years. Is 632 credit that bad I guess so. I can could not get a 500.00 loan. That's my only issue. Someone should help the disabled once in a few years. I need A car to go to Dr appointments. And get food I can't depend on others. Thanks
Group of incompetent boomer women who don't want to do their jobs. They hung up on me twice. My account has been hacked twice. They are not "secure" bank as the name says.
Walk in, non customer, need cash for a transaction. Willing to accept charge fee. Denied. Go to their atm, withdraw heaps of 20s, go back in to exchange for 100 dollar bills. Denied because I'm not a customer. Literal same amount of money, now they have a shortage of 20s in their atm. Bunch of real smart ones here.
