Update: They’re all incompetent at this branch. Just spoke to Nika whom had no phone etiquette. Terrible bank! You have to log into your app once a month or they charge you $3.00 . If you don’t use your account they charge you $5.00 dormant fee. I had to get a new card due to mine being expired . I've been here for years If I have a issue it's literally solved right then. Wish they give a long-term customer a loan. I have iffy credit but my check is posted there every month and has been for years. Is 632 credit that bad I guess so. I can could not get a 500.00 loan. That's my only issue. Someone should help the disabled once in a few years. I need A car to go to Dr appointments. And get food I can't depend on others. Thanks
Group of incompetent boomer women who don't want to do their jobs. They hung up on me twice. My account has been hacked twice. They are not "secure" bank as the name says.
