Don't bank with them unless you want to be told what you can and cannot do with your own money. Not allowing a deposit because they think it's fraud when you are there in person and know who you are depositing the money to.

Update: They’re all incompetent at this branch. Just spoke to Nika whom had no phone etiquette. Terrible bank! You have to log into your app once a month or they charge you $3.00 . If you don’t use your account they charge you $5.00 dormant fee. I had to get a new card due to mine being expired . (Other banks automatically send you new cards before yours is about to expire) when I went into the bank Chippie H ordered me new cards and asked me what I wanted my pin to be (3-5 times) when I asked her why I needed to give her a ... read more
