My absolute favorite branch. They go above and beyond every time. When I’ve had negative interactions with the Shepherdstown branch the Inwood branch made it right, without question. The staff is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. If you’re considering joint JSB, this is the branch to work with.
The nicest bank i’ve ever gone to. Manager on duty was able to help me with my power of attorney for my father and did what the JSB in Shepherdstown could not do. Very kind staff, and quick customer service. Couldn’t recommend this bank enough. Thank you Kelly 😊
