Mr. Leo Williams, Mr. T. Chambers & their crew were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond in locating my sewer cleanout and they are sending crew to finish work tomorrow. Update: The work was completed and everyone was so helpful and professional.
Truly the rudest people you will ever deal with. I truly feel bad for them. Their horrible, sad, pathetic lives are a direct reflection of their inability to treat people with common decency. I can't wait until they all lose their jobs and are replaced with robots. Please hire better people or replace them with machines. Your customer service support is the worst there is.
I would like to think the Sewerage Dept. Of Jefferson Parish for solving my overflowing tiolets issue. Shout out from the first person I spoke with on the telephone. Yes the telephone did just ring at first, but within a minute of me hanging up she dialed me right back and took my information. Maintenance for a grocery store, called numerous times and no answer or get transferred to no answer. Sewage backing up in the store and can’t get the parish to take responsibility for their problem and fix it. Going on 24 hours now.
Prompt, friendly, and efficient. I needed a manual flush on my sewer line. They came out quickly that day. The operator on the phone was pleasant and quick. I think the time from dialing the number to the end of the call was no more than one minute.
