I been with them not even a year and they have helped be great fully Mrs.Tara have been also helpful i might get on her nerves I know but she has such great attitude and does the best she can while helping learn the things im doing
Amanda Zeller was absolutely amazing to work with on our refinance. Our refi was a bit complicated and she was cool, calm and professional during the entire process. She stayed in touch with us and communicated exactly what we needed to do at every step. She was absolutely amazing and I recommend her to anyone who needs to refi!

You get the privilege of overdraft protection on your account when you have you direct deposit coming into your account. I called to skip an auto payment and they are stating that in order I have a payment pushed back/skipped I’ll have to have my over draft privileges taken away. Which either has one to do with the other. And stated “ Ma’am we are helping you “ lol. Will be closing my checking account here and having my direct deposit set somewhere else.
I have been with this company for many many years. When I first met Laura Ducote at the East Jefferson branch she was very nice, sweet and kind. She always was very helpful, making sure your needs was met, knowledgble, she loves taking care of her customers and she take pride in her job. Now she's at the kenner branch and still the same person. Thanks Laura for being you and being Great at what you do! and all u do! ~Tonia~
