You get the privilege of overdraft protection on your account when you have you direct deposit coming into your account. I called to skip an auto payment and they are stating that in order I have a payment pushed back/skipped I’ll have to have my over draft privileges taken away. Which either has one to do with the other. And stated “ Ma’am we are helping you “ lol. Will be closing my checking account here and having my direct deposit set somewhere else.
I have been with this company for many many years. When I first met Laura Ducote at the East Jefferson branch she was very nice, sweet and kind. She always was very helpful, making sure your needs was met, knowledgble, she loves taking care of her customers and she take pride in her job. Now she's at the kenner branch and still the same person. Thanks Laura for being you and being Great at what you do! and all u do! ~Tonia~
This bank is so unprofessional and outdated. It’s such an inconvenience even banking with them. I only have a credit card account open with them and it’s always a problem when I need to make a payment. I literally get a headache every time I have to deal with these people.
Ive been a member for YEARS. They're the reason I refuse to go a regular banking institution. Also the reason I prefer to purchase vehicles through them as well. Probably the easiest vehicle purchase experience ive ever had. They have a list of preferred dealers, I went to one of the ones listed, walked the lot on my own, called my clerk to inform her of my decision, the dealership called me the next day to come in and sign paperwork. Signed on my lunch break, drove off the lot, and made it back to the office within about 30... read more
