Didn't email me or anything about a removed bus service, I wanted to see a friend in Arkansas fort smith, and I payed for my ticket 30th of March, and when I got to joplin bus station there was no bus to pick me up and got told by the helpful shop assistant that the 117 service to van buren fort smith was REMOVED and they haven't see the service for 6 MONTHS!?!
