This is the first time that I have ever posted a review and my purpose in doing so is simply to emphasize that it is important to advocate for yourself and your personal health needs in a timely manner. As others have noted in reviews, it takes a very long time to get a first appointment at Jefferson Rehab Services, and it isn’t possible to ask for any specific physical therapist in that situation. Waiting two months to start PT will only set your health back and then if you are assigned someone who is not a good fit for you... read more
The two people I have worked with are very knowledgeable in their field. As I go along they keep thinking about my abilities and modifying and changing my routines. I am so improved! Thanks
Great place to do PT if you can get in. Don't expect acute pain to be treated as a reason for an earlier appointment. Expect to wait 6 to 8 weeks to be seen for anything but surgical rehab.
Some really great physical therapists work here. Some other PT's not so much. Luck of the draw I suppose. If you can afford Active Life in Pt ludlow definitely go there. Caring, considerate, respectful, and most importantly professional PT's work at active life.
