I was very pleased with my first visit to your Luling branch. I had a problem with an inactive account that went back many years. Ms Catrina Jackson took on my problem and devoted a lot of time and effort unraveling my issue. It was extremely impressive as I just walked in off the street. I hadn’t ever been a customer at this particular branch, but Ms Jackson took on my problem as if she’d been my agent for many years. And on a Friday afternoon, too!
