was happy with this bank for a car loan for my daughter that was paid off years ago. just found out that we owed a little money to a savings account that we NEVER opened with them after we traded that car in and tried to get the title. How do they open an account for their customers without the customer knowing? And where did the money come from for the said "savings account?" Please beware of this if you get a loan with this bank and you are not a member of this bank
