I called In because I recently had a deposit cleared and was paying off all my bills and loans. I could not send money to someone I was told I maxed out the amount of transactions for the day. I called back and they needed verification I could not remember at the time and ask to speak to a supervisor, I then explained the only way I can authenticate the account is going into my app and give them my account number. Why don't yall fix the outside ATM? I've come there 3 times over the last 3 months and it has been out of order everytime. Why? This is the branch on airline.
Mediocre at best. The website doesn’t have a form with routing and transit numbers to set up an auto draft or direct deposit. The automated loan system with instant approval is only open 9-5. And when I called to get pre approved for a car loan, it took 2 days. I asked them to send a UCC to the dealership and they sent a letter saying we were pre approved up to X dollars. The dealership laughed and laughed. We did a CD secured loan, and they forgot to release the CD for FIVE YEARS after the loan had been paid. If you need an... read more
