We've been with them for many years. Never had a problem. No plans to leave any time soon.
They did not have the option to give negative stars.....This place used to be my go-to financial institution. I have had an account there for literally 30 years. You will NEVER get a call back and their impersonal crap with only using emails and never a verbal discussion and absolutely ridiculous. Thank God Keesler Credit Union is bailing them out because this place SUCKS!!!!! I don't really leave negative revies but don't join this crap bank

I called In because I recently had a deposit cleared and was paying off all my bills and loans. I could not send money to someone I was told I maxed out the amount of transactions for the day. I called back and they needed verification I could not remember at the time and ask to speak to a supervisor, I then explained the only way I can authenticate the account is going into my app and give them my account number. I was then told by the manager I don’t need to tell her how to authenticate anything then things went downhill f... read more
Why don't yall fix the outside ATM? I've come there 3 times over the last 3 months and it has been out of order everytime. Why? This is the branch on airline.
