Terrible phone etiquette. I called to request info regarding urn engraving. Started talking to a nice lady on the phone and then some other lady jumps on line very rude. They should learn about warm transfers instead of picking up the phone interrupting the dialogue in such an harsh tone and asking me to repeat everything I just said. Customer service must be a thing of the past. Pretty sure the rude lady was named Barbara
Rude lady when you call would not recommend using at all.
Fantastic shop, friendly service!
