The people treat you disrespectfully like you’re a common criminal when all you want is your paperwork to prove your innocence! The ladies are down right on a power trip and play games with your questions or needs ! Phone is never answered and mailbox is full. I am not a LA resident and I received a ticket while visiting and the only way to get it reduced, do defensive driving, etc to keep it from effecting my insurance is to speak to a DA. Which is pretty hard to do when you can’t ever speak with anyone or leave a message, assuming they’d even ever call back.
