I cannot get an update on a loan application that I put in months ago. The loan officer I have seems like he doesn't care and is always busy. You would think they have more then one loan officer. I keep getting the same guy. This is my second time putting in the application with the same results......no customer care!!!!

Garbage bank with ridiculous fraud protection and spending limit. I can't even do international transfers. I am moving to a different bank!
Changing banks after over 15 years!! I took my daughter to open her first account here and the lady helping acted like she could care less. She took 2 calls while she was supposed to be helping us. I called prior to going in to see what all I could get done prior to going in. Was advised her account was approved the person I was talking to would email everything over to the Hoover branch and it wouldn't take about 15 mins at the most to open the account.
