FANTASTIC WORKERS
This place always wastes my time. Today I was told they have a new rule where they don't do vehicle registrations after 4pm even though they are open until 4:30. A complete wasted trip. On other trips I was told different requirements from 2 different people for filing forms. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Sad.
Abigail Dumas is amazing! She is helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I hope this gets back to management so they know she is an asset to Jefferson County Tax Department.
Wow, just called tax office and I do not have name of the woman that helped me but she was great! Trying to figure out how to pay taxes on a paid off mortgage. Thank you for all the different scenarios.
