so my friend got her driver license there the other week and when I went there, they were like wrong place, like my friend got here to get her driver license so why can’t I and it was a bald male.
You can't get star id here, but for everything else, they are quick and the staff is nice.

I have had pretty good experiences in the past at this location. I suppose it’s the stereotype that everyone working at the DMV hates it there. But whoever was working at bay 13 on July 8th 2025 around 8:30AM was quite rude to me. She took my title and said there was nothing she could do today and then started typing on her computer. I had no information about what she was doing and why she was typing when she told me there was nothing she could do.
