I would give it a zero if I could
The worst experience. Stay away from the lady that works at the front that may be in her sixties or seventies with glasses and dirty blonde/light brown hair. We politely asked her if we could file our marriage license at this location and she had an attitude the entire time saying “I don’t know what that is so we obviously don’t do that here” I tried to explain what it was multiple times and she was just awful to us. Not helpful at all. Even if we were at the wrong place she didn’t have to talk down to us.
They renewed my license very quickly
I actually don’t dread going to this DMV, which says a lot. The team here is friendly, patient, and efficient. Every visit has been quick and well-organized, and the staff treats people with kindness and professionalism. It’s the only location I trust to get things done without unnecessary hassle.
The staff were very welcoming.
