A breath of fresh air compared to St Louis County
My wife and I applied for a MO personal property tax waiver today. "Tracey" assisted us in our application. Notwithstanding their computer sytem being down, "Tracey" did an "outstanding job" in helping us. She was very courteours, knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful in meeting our needs. It was a pleasure to meet someone so kind, caring and supportive. Very pleased with Jefferson County Assesors Office and in particular "Tracey". Thank You and God Bless -
