Took my daughter down her to get paperwork for her first time car registration and the women was so condescending its crazy and when asked questions she sounded like she didnt want to be bothered dont have people come in if the attitudes are what you have

The staff is very friendly and patient. My only annoyance is at the overall system for tax collection (no one explains this to new residents like they do in VA) and the fact that their seems to be a lot of issues with their phone system.
Extremely helpful staff and so patient. With new residents they are so calm. Even the security officers were so kind enough to guide me to their offices to help me with my paperwork. The same goes even for any telephonic conversations I had prior. I wish them a lot of success and lucky to be a part of the county.
