I went to this place yesterday (1-28-26) to see my grandmother. The woman at the front desk seen me standing outside in 40 degree weather and would not get up to open the door! When she finally did, she said “you know there’s a phone number to call so someone can let you in” which I found very rude. Fast forward to the next day which is today (1-29-26) I went to visit my grandmother again.
