Due to the complete incompetence of this “broker” and their inability to understand common insurance policies, they demand policyholders seek coverage from their own “approved” agents. Consumers should be able to purchase the coverage through their own agent at their discretion. This “broker” is unable to discern “guaranteed” replacement cost from common HO3 language. Mr. Pete Allen is amazing. He made experience great as he worked with me every step of the way. He and his staff went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing my first home.
