I want to give attention and thanks to the Owners, President and Vice Presidents with Jefferson Bank at this location @ Navarro & Pecan. I had to be reissued a new debit card b4 the end of 2023. Andy in the Fraud dept was polite, friendly, kind and extremely professional. Long story short. I've been banking with Jefferson Bank for nearly 52 years. Absolutely awful! Glad I bank elsewhere. They promise the world don't keep their word and can't deliver. Beware! They will tell you they are a San Antonio Bank..that's not true!
