I am a business owner and I am always so impressed with the service of Jefferson bank in Boerne but in particular Jennifer Pich, I am at her desk at least once a week with some problem and she is always so pleasant amd happy to help. Also, the fraud department is always on it and checking with payments.
Worst bank you could ever do business with. The ladies who work there are rude and treat you like trash.
I had been shopping for a HOME EQUITY LOAN, which was a bit scary, and had been encountering a number of stumbling blocks with my own credit union because of lack of follow-through and a very confusing application process. I have been banking at Jefferson Bank since I was in high school, some 45 yrs. My experience has always been excellent and extremely professional. I enjoy banking at the Boerne Branch due to convenience and the fact all the employees know me by name and converse with me at the Friend level which is very pleasant for to me. We are blessed to have a Jefferson Bank in our small community!!!!
