This is s great bank with amazing people who care and will help you solve problems. Lily McCutcheon is the best managers they have ever had. She is solving problems for me on a Booster Club account at this moment! Look no further for a banking relationship!
This bank is awful, their customer service is awful, none of what they tell you makes sense, one associate will tell you something about their policies and then another will tell you something completely different. You get attitudes from the clerks, and are judged for whatever transactions you may be trying to complete. I have never imagined a bank would tell me I need to TELL their clerks to make my money available for me…. Because they are too lazy to take the extra steps to do so.
