I bought a water tank de-icer from Jeffers, which did not work. Temperaures were down in the teens and I needed to keep my tank from freezing. I then went to a near by store and brought another de-icer. I call Jeffers to see about getting a refund. They refused to send me a shipping label, unless I replaced the bad de-icer with a new one from them. So now I am stuck with paying $10 to return a de-icer worth $20. I did buy almost all my horse supplies from Jeffers, not any more.
