My impression was not a positive one. I called to ask a question and to possibly retain his services about a lease issue. When he determined it wasn't a big money case, he was short and dismissive. I was no longer of any importance. Such a shame when greed makes us forget to treat others like a human being. It goes such a long way, especially in today's world.
