I would have to say this was the simplest, easiest closing I have ever been involved in. The team was awesome from minute one. Great group to have done business with.
Jeff and his team performed an impressive job on setting up a new mortgage on very tight timeline. The entire team was professional, courteous and communicated well during process. The teams years of experience was obvious.
10/10. So helpful and worked with us even with a 4 hour time difference when we were in Alaska. Never stepped helping us with the process even when Hurricane Helene made us switch houses. He was so helpful in letting us know what to do and how to do it.
We wanted close on our house within three weeks and it would be a really complex process with the selling of our home and then a purchase. Most mortgage companies were upfront and politely said they could not promise that timeframe. Our realtor recommended Jeff, Kim, and the Barrett Financial Group Team.
