Do not bother using their services for your trademark. If you live in the United States you do not need a patent attorney to file an application. This office will do the bare minimum on your behalf and won’t tell you if you should take a different approach. Then they want to charge you another thousand just to send a response. You’re much better off going to USPTO yourself, creating an account and spending the time reading through the process rather than throwing your money away with these jokers.
