The receptionist was extremely rude. Not a good look. Lost me before I could even speak with an attorney.
I recorded the secretary being very abusive to me when I phoned in today. I wrote: You should know that your secretary was abusive to me and therefore I don't need to be treated like that. Specifically, in the middle of my inquiry regarding the practice area of Esq Olson your secretary abusively cut me off and the conversation was abusive from her end.
