I have been trying for the past SIX DAYS to simply get a card balance for a Jeff Ruby gift card. 'Should take mere minutes, right? But the site listed on the back of the card gives me a weird error message. I attempted many, many times to call their office, listed on the card's envelope, only to get a recorded message. The customer service at Jeff Ruby corporate is nonexistent. I received an email in March 2025 that my loyalty account was changed to a different email. I called and emailed Numerous times over a 6-week period that my account must have been mistakenly changed by corporate (or my account was hacked). I lost my loyalty points and dollars. No one ever called me back! I would receive a couple boilerplate emails, but am not sure they were ever from a real person because they didn't address my issue. A couple of things to note. Valet is on the right of the building in an Ally and costs $8. If you don’t want to go to the valet there is a parking garage across the street that costs $9 at a pay station. There weren’t many options in terms of mocktails, just 2 options were given in fact. The menu they gave me was personalized, but there is nothing wrong with that just a detail overlooked. Manager with Pony tail at the Nashville location told me not to come back in front of my 7 year old after I requested and told him the service I was receiving was below par done in private with him. He stated I disrespected him and his staff! Wow! He said he was delighted to be receiving this one star review! So here you go Mr Pony tail Head of the Jeff Rubys puppet club! It’s a shame this place has to keep hiring new people when qualified people apply and get rejected. Clearly stay away if you’re looking for work here bc they don’t know what they’re doing.
