Jeff is very reliable and extremely knowledgeable.
I'm surprised by the 5-star reviews... we did not have that experience. We were told that we would be able to secure an 80k loan to finish our new home construction. Jeff was not responsive to emails asking for proposed terms of agreement. We finally heard from him about a month later that a lender had backed out and that he had found a new lender.
