I don't know what happened to the compassionate, kind, and helpful Dr. Rau of old but something has changed quite dramatically. After reaching out several times I finally gave up. At one point I got put on an indefinite "hold" where he just set the phone down while he consulted with a patient and then just hung up! Seems he forgot I was on the line. Jeff is amazing. He was the fifth physical therapist I’d seen and the first one to actually help in a lasting way. I have hypermobility (hEDS) and no one else seems to understand how to treat it. He was able to make fine adjustments to my pelvic and sacral alignment that all the PTs plus two chiropractors had missed, and it gave me INCREDIBLE relief from spasms and pain within just a few days. Can’t say enough good things….Jeff knows what he’s doing and in my case, a blessing. I’m still a work in progress but he’s already given me so much relief
After 4 years of sever hip pain and many ways of trying to help myself such as assisted stretching, cryotherapy and physical therapy exercises after a month with Jeff, I am almost 100% pain free. His manual therapy technique combined with the laser therapy is healing me. I give Jeff and his services my highest recommendation.
As someone who has suffered from headaches for over 12 years, Jeff has been the best at getting me to a better place. He is one of the most Compassionate people I have ever met.
