After 4 years of sever hip pain and many ways of trying to help myself such as assisted stretching, cryotherapy and physical therapy exercises after a month with Jeff, I am almost 100% pain free. His manual therapy technique combined with the laser therapy is healing me. I give Jeff and his services my highest recommendation.

I had been dealing with a sore, stiff hip for a while before taking the leap and calling a physical therapist. I'm so glad I found Jeff! From the first appointment, he was able to determine that my hips were misaligned and over the course of just a few visits, he was able to get them back in alignment. Jeff is a thoughtful practicioner that got right to the heart of the matter and has me back to running pain free after just a few visits. His team make you feel like family and celebrate your successes as they come. I would absolutely reccomend them for physical therapy.
My wife had a hip out of place. Dr. Rau is a fantastic physical therapist and got her fixed up in record time. He really took his time explaining not only the why but the how and injury occurred AND prevention for the future. One of the many great tips he gave us, use the ice, you’ll pay later for the heat! A tip that still serves me and my family to this day.
