There are physical therapists - and then there is Jeff, who is in a league of his own. In fact, Jeff was recommended to me by a physical therapist friend of mine, who described Jeff as "the greatest of all time." Jeff at R&R Physical Therapy is awesome. He treats the root cause(s) in addition to the pain. Sports and horses have not been kind to me. Hips , knees, ankles and feet pain made it difficult to even walk. His treatments went to the individual body part issues and corrected the many problems. I’m more active now than I was 25 years ago. I honestly can’t believe how fast I improved with R&R Physical Therapy. I have been living with this pain for so long and within a few sessions everything’s changed. My sleep, standing, sitting and movement has become so much easier with all the techniques he has shown me. Jeff Rau really takes the time to listen and then works with me towards the goal. Do yourself a favor and make that appointment!!
Jeff is the ultimate professional! I was going to have to buy a cane to walk, until I met Jeff. He was able to identify and treat my issue. I don’t need a cane!!!
