I had been dealing with a sore, stiff hip for a while before taking the leap and calling a physical therapist. I'm so glad I found Jeff! From the first appointment, he was able to determine that my hips were misaligned and over the course of just a few visits, he was able to get them back in alignment. My wife had a hip out of place. Dr. Rau is a fantastic physical therapist and got her fixed up in record time. He really took his time explaining not only the why but the how and injury occurred AND prevention for the future. One of the many great tips he gave us, use the ice, you’ll pay later for the heat!
