My primary physician recommended Jeff Nicholl, Physical Therapist. I have worked with them for 6 weeks. I found Jeff’s initial examination to be comprehensive and detailed. I had a nagging shoulder injury. The exercises recommended addressed my injury and were appropriate and accessible. I have significant improvement in my shoulder. I appreciated Jeff’s approach of trying to determine how the pain in my shoulder was occurring and addressing why there was pain. Staff is great from Louise at the front office to Nichole. My main issue was with Jeff. I saw him for the evaluation and then once he showed me some exercises. I went their for a month and I went through the same prescribed routine while listening to him cajole the male patients and work with them. I got to listen about his golf game and his ties to being born in Camarillo. He always called me Mam the few times he addressed me. He never provided any manipulation. Doctor is too concerned about his back problems and his surgeries that focusing on the patient !
