very prompt charging $250 for a three minute phone call (2DAYS). Zero answers to 5 contact attempts over 6 weeks, finally answered with promises of action and contact. then nothing. 3 months later i tracked down the person who trashed my car and sorted it myself. the only prompt action i encountered from this firm was in charging me. zero contact, i have no idea if they did anything. are all lawyers like this?
I was recommended to use Jeff’s company by a family friend. On the day of my consultation Jeff was unavailable but I was given Lucy as my solicitor. Lucy was professional, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had, and she got everything done a lot sooner than I had anticipated. Thank you Lucy for helping me with the situation I was in and for listening to me. I’ll always recommend Jeff horsey and especially Lucy as the best solicitors i know.
