I was looking into buying my first home and the guidance that I received from Jeff and his team far exceeded my expectations. They have a really cool cell phone app that allowed me to upload my documents by taking a photo, and it also had a house payment calculator where I could do future house payment calculations on the fly.
Seems to in it for the easy clients. Soon as it looked difficult wouldn't talk to me any more. Maybe this isn't such a great place to work with. I asked questions about why or how I could make it work with what they were offering. I got completely ignored. Thanks for that. Why don't you just be up front and say if it's not easy were going to ignore you and move on to easy customers.
