I've been in contact with Natalie Black-McLaughlin for over a year trying to resolve a closing as an heir to my father. I use the word contact very loosely. I've called an email dozens of times to no avail. Neither Jeff nor Natalie respond to emails, voicemails, or messages left with their receptionist. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to my worst enemy. I've been asking for a follow up response via email since July 30, 2025 and they've only replied once to my 13 emails. This attorney office has given me the worst customer experience ever. This includes visits to the worst fast food restaurants you can think of. I never thought an attorney's could be this bad, even if their intentions were to be this bad. The lack of communication is astonishing. I wouldn't expect this level of unprofessionalism from any establishment, nonetheless an attorney's office. Jeff Gray's office doesn't deserve 1 star. They've truly earned a negative star.
