Rather than pulling money from illiquid investments we decided to look for a small construction loan, to complete our build. The bank doesn't care until its finished. A quick search and we found Jeff. Sent him a message, outlining our situation, and he responded very quickly, on the weekend, that he could help us out. (Jan 31).
