Was pre approved with Desmin Decosta at the Fall River, MA branch then it became harder to get a hold of him, didn't answer questions, then totally ghosted. Unprofessional and shady. But as a first time homebuyer, I'm finding that most of these loan officers are shady as hell.
Samantha, as well as the entire staff, made the whole experience fantastic. Once you set up the website acct it was so easy and convenient. Back to Samantha, this young woman is such a pleasure to deal with, from her professionalism to her outstanding personality she is truly an asset to her company.
