I would like to share my disappointment with the service I received at this location. The employee who assisted me had a very unpleasant attitude and repeatedly used a sarcastic tone, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. This has not been an isolated incident it is always the same teller, the same person with the same negative attitude. I live in Eldred, but I usually choose to drive to White Lake for any transactions because, unfortunately, I have consistently had negative experiences at this location. B... read more
ATM works fine.
It’s a Jeff bank if your a business owner they take care of you normal person just waiting to close your account open it with a new one they can restrict policy
Always a pleasant experience and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.
