Extremely disappointing customer service at the Forestburgh Road branch. I came in to cash a check drawn directly on Jeff Bank and was met with very unprofessional behavior from the teller. She claimed her actions were "standard operating procedure," despite the fact that I’ve cashed checks here 10–15 times prior without ever experiencing this. Unnecessary hassle and unprofessional insinuations definitely won't win over new account holders.
Very pleasant tellers. Have been banking with them since I was little in Jeffersonville.
